About us:
we are a Patient-centric generic pharmaceutical company offering quality and niche pharmaceuticals and nutraceuticals globally. Established and headed by technocrats, we are managed by a team of learned, proactive and responsible professionals.
Synapse Pharmatech started its journey in the Spring of 2009 as the Indian representative Office for leading pharmaceutical companies from Europe and Latin America. Having successfully undertaken and completed several product outsourcing projects from India for our esteemed international customers, Synapse decided to venture into the segment of International Registrations, manufacture and export of our own brands for innovative finished formulations.
The Year 2013 witnessed the ascent of Synapse into Pharmaceutical Manufacturing when our first product SYNALGIN (METAMIZOL INJECTION) was registered in Central America. Since then, we pride ourselves for having developed and registered formulations belonging to a rather varied category in several countries.
Today, we cater to Worldwide Pharmaceutical Companies through our selected 200 + finished formulations from five manufacturing sites approved by regulatory agencies like WHO- GMP, PICS, ANVISA and EU. Our products are being exported to Latin America, CIS, South East Asia and Africa. Additionally, few European In-Licensed products are distributed in Select Markets.

At Synapse, we believe that access to affordable and quality medicines is a basic right of the mankind and to achieve this, we have developed our product portfolio spanning different therapeutic segments like biologicals, newest oncology molecules, antibiotic preparations, injectables, oral solid dosage forms and paediatric preparations.
With multiple product registrations across the globe and many more in the approval pipeline; we are poised to affirm our place internationally in regulated as well as semi-regulated markets. We, at Synapse, project expertise to continually scale up our efforts and resources to bring innovative and affordable medical care at the patient’s doorsteps

MRS. SHALAKA MISHRA
Managing Director
Shalaka Mishra is a first-generation entrepreneur having an experience in Pharmaceutical Industry of over 26 years.
A Gold medalist in Masters in Pharmaceutical Sciences (M.Pharm); she has a rich background of having worked in Pharma-academics, API Industry and Finished formulation industry during her past assignments. Her major work involves successfully managing projects of drug development for European customers and regulatory filing the USDMFs; successful completion of generic product development projects and submissions and registrations of product dossiers to regulatory authorities like TGA, MHRA, WHO-GDF, and different regulatory authorities in Latin america.
MR. MANISH MISHRA
Executive Director
Manish Mishra is a dynamic and highly motivated pharma professional who has a vast experience of over 28 years in Pharmaceutical Industry, 18 years of which is in the International Business Development.
A globe trotter who has travelled to more than 45 countries at a senior level, his area of excellence involves New Market Developments, Partner Connections, Business Development and agreement finalisations. He has been instrumental in successful partner and MoH Liasoning that resulted in big Tenders and tech-Transfer projects to regulated markets like Canada and EU to his credit.
